The Challenge Coins make a terrific gift, collectable, or award.

RPM-3D Designs each coin face to the clients specifications, using colors, Laser Etched Text and Logos along with offset printing.

Each Coin is produced with Collector’s Coin Grade Steel, that is polished to a high chrome shine on un-colored or non-reseated areas.

To Ensure the highest quality in these coins, they go through a 4 stage design process.

First a Design Layout is built, then a 3-Dimensional mockup is made that replicates as closely as possible how the actual coin will look before production begins.

The third stage is to have 4 actual samples produced in order to check for any flaws, color corrections, or production errors.

The fourth and final stage is when the allotment of coins are produced and shipped.

Challenge Coins can be produced in many different diameter and thickness. The most common size is 2” in diameter and 5MM thick. Larger and thinner coins can be produced as well, with the largest being 20” in size and the thinnest coming in at 3mm.

Each Coin is shipped with a plastic sleeve to help protect against damage during shipping, as well as to keep the coin in mint condition.
